Sending Email

Email can be sent from this same account. You have the option to change who the email is FROM. Select the dropdown on the FROM line and pick the email address.

To send emails to all members

  1. Select Compose

  1. Select the FROM address you want to use.

  2. Use BCC, not TO. This way you will not expose everyone’s email address and people won’t reply to all creating a bunch of spam messages.

If BCC does not show as a field, click the + button to the right of TO then select Bcc

  1. Add email addresses. To add all members, select the People icon to the right of BCC

Then click Personal Addresses
And then click Members
Finally, click the INSERT button

All the names will populate in the BCC field.

  1. Scroll and enter your subject and compose your message.
  2. Hit SEND when you are ready.
